Oil Based Inks
Oil based inks are generally pigmented products manufactured with non-volatile oils that do not dry but penetrate quickly in porous materials. Because the ink does not dry you can leave them a long time in the printheads and it reduces their maintenance to a minimum. They are mainly used for wide format graphic applications (posters...) and card board coding.
